Two new shots from Operation Flashpoint's sequel.
Bohemia Interactive released this week two new screenshots from Armed Assault (screenshots feature), the upcoming sequel to its 2001 FPS, Operation Flashpoint. The new screenshots highlight some of the game's new large-scale terrain and detailed units and graphics in the form of a helo and tank.
Expected to be released sometime later this year, Armed Assault will follow closely in Operation Flashpoint's footsteps; players will experience a small conflict from the perspective of an infantryman, fighting in wide-open terrain on both foot and in vehicles. Squad leadership, a detailed storyline, full multiplayer support, and hundreds of square kilometers of game world are some of the major features planned for the game.
